Restaurant Brand Identity & Web Design
Overview
This project showcases the brand identity and website design for White Rabbit Ramen, a family-owned restaurant known for bold flavours and intimate dining experience. The design blends traditional elements with a modern, marketable aesthetic, featuring a distinctive logo and enticing visual style. A responsive website was developed to tell the restaurant’s story, highlight its menu, and provide a glimpse into the restaurant’s atmosphere.

The creative process began with research on the restaurants current and desired aesthetic, as well as, the logos and brand identity of other ramen restaurant competitors. The brand's identity was created with a bold pairing of red and black and to provide a mirror into the bold flavours of the cuisine. This, accompanied with a unique font like Eixample Dip, the brand's overall identity communicates the restaurants experience through its visual appearance.
Final Logo Design
The White Rabbit Ramen logo was created to stand out against it’s competitors by straying away from the typical ‘bowl and noodles’ and leaning into a playful yet sleek identity. Incorporating the tail-to-noddle transition to the rabbit figure allows customers to safely assume brands name and product in one simple graphic.
Web Design
For a small, local restaurant like White Rabbit Ramen, a website is essential to creating more of an online presence and connect with its community. This design balances a bold and simple visual identity with modern and human-focused photography to elevate the restaurants experience while still remaining centred around the people and cuisine.
